There is no additional charge for deliveries within South Africa. The cost of delivery outside the borders of South Africa is a one off ZAR 60.00 per order, irrespective of the amount of items ordered. This charge will be added to the invoice total once you have completed the shipping "address" details in the Cash Up and Go section.

Delivery usually takes place within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch and you can stipulate either a P.O. Box or physical address delivery. Overseas orders take between 5 - 10 working days.
A physical address is required for delivery outside of South Africa. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Should there be a delay, we will inform you via e-mail.

First of all, know who you are doing business with. There are unscrupulous merchants on the Internet, just as there are in the traditional world.
Secondly, ensure that you are using a secure SSL encrypted connection to the Internet. The following is one of the ways of doing so:
• "right-click" on the shopping basket or order form in which you are submitting your payment details; you should see a small Windows box appear which includes "Properties;" click on "Properties" and make sure that the "Address" begins with "https://" instead of "http://" The extra "s" means that you are using a secure connection;
• also make sure that the address you see is that of a service provider or business that you trust. To do so, ensure that the business is registered with a security certificate. In our case it is Entrust. SSL encryption scrambles your credit card details during transmission over the Internet and prevents it from being read by "hackers."

Most of the dvd's on this site are manufactured "All Regions" Pal. The content page of the dvd title you are interested in will specify the format.
All Regions designates no actual region and is playable on all dvd players and computers. The problem arises when you are in a country which uses the Ntsc System. We have found that by changing a setup function on the dvd player (use the remote) it is possible for the player to recognise the Pal format. Please check with your dvd player supplier prior to purchase. To find out more information google multiregion codes and there are a number of good informative sites.

No. You do not have to register. This facility is available for clients who make regular or ad hoc purchases. The system will store their delivery and contact details thus there is no need to re input details when transacting.
